Effect of material characteristics of explosive on formation of collinear explosively formed projectile from warhead with double layer liners

In order to obtain the effect of material characteristics explosive on formation collinear explosively formed projectile (EFP)from warhead with dosuble liners, LS-DYNA simulation software was used simulate and analyze forming process EFP from five materials including pe4booster, PETN, TNT, C4 B explosives. The results indicate that increase density, detonation velocity, pressure, velocity length diameter ratio front rear different laws. With EFPs gradually, but increasing rate decreases gradually. As increases, first then increases showing an "s"-shaped change law. decrease shows a parabolic growth law pressure.
